| Pennsylvania Tool & Gages, Inc.,
was established in 1954, for more than 40 years this company has been manufacturing
precision molds, dies, and custom spare parts for major corporations related to
electronics, semiconductor, nuclear, aerospace and medical concerns. We have developed
long-term sustaining relationships which have been beneficial to all involved. The time
and experience accumulated over the years is testimony in itself as to the commitment to
quality inherent to the normal operations of Pennsylvania Tool & Gages, Inc. However,
a certified quality program is in place which complies with nuclear requirements. The
company has been certified NQA-1 since 1987. Pennsylvania Tool & Gages, Inc. quality personnel consist of a Quality manager and one Quality Technician with a vast amount of knowledge and experience. The quality inspection area is a clean environmentally controlled room which house all the traditional inspection tools including an 1808 MEA Sheffield Cordax measuring machine, XYZ= 29 1/2" x 24 1/2" x 19 1/2". There is also an OGP Optical measuring system XYZ= 12" x 6" x 6" with magnification up to 250x. Dimensional reports and material certification will be included upon request. |
