OUR QUALITY
Pennsylvania Tool & Gages was established in 1954, for more than half a century this company has been manufacturing precision molds, fixtures, dies, and custom parts for major corporations related to Aerospace, Medical, Pharmaceutical, Transportation, Power Generation, Agriculture, Nuclear Energy, Defense, Semiconductors, Rail, Mining, Rubber and Plastic, Electronics, and General Industry. We have developed long-term relationships partnering with customers and suppliers. The time and experience accumulated over the years is testimony in itself as to the commitment to quality inherent to the normal operations of Pennsylvania Tool & Gages.
The quality inspection area is a clean environmentally controlled room which house all the traditional inspection tools including a CMM with XYZ of 29 1/2" x 24 1/2" x 19 1/2". There is also an Optical measuring system XYZ of 12" x 6" x 6" with magnification up to 250x.
